Bookings & Appointments
At Bri’s Artistry, we aim to strike a balance between our clients’ satisfaction and our requirements to operate effectively.
To ensure a smooth booking experience, please take note of the following:
1. A 50% deposit of the appointment fee is required to secure your booking. You can reach out to make a booking by sending a DM on any of our social media platforms and our website. ( see website for availability of time).
2. Clients should make themselves available or aim for arrival on or before their appointment time.
3. A 30-minute grace period is allowed for your appointments (both walk-ins and home service) After 30 minutes, a late fee of 100ghs will be charged for every 30 minutes spent afterward.
Note: IF the artist has a strict schedule for such date, your appointment might get canceled after the first 30 minutes, and your deposit will be forfeited.
1. The remaining 50% of the appointment fee is to be paid once service has been rendered.
Note: This is before the client leaves the studio, and in a case of home service, before the artist leaves.
Rescheduling & Cancelation Policy
Dear Valued Client,
At Bris Artistry, we respect everyone’s time and we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring a smooth operation. To achieve this, we’ve put these policies in place to find a middle ground:
1. Rescheduling can be done, but note that your reservation can be moved to a new date for free, just ONCE.
2. Rescheduling more than once will attract an additional fee of 80ghs.
3. Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment rescheduling. Failure to provide the required notice will get your appointment canceled.
Note: rescheduling has to be at the artist’s convenience since client’s time might not work with the artist’s schedule.
1. In case of a no-show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
2. In case of cancellations made few hours to the appointment time, you will be charged
50% of the service cost.
Note: 50% of the service cost is the same as the initial 50% deposit.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Abiding by these policies helps us maintain efficient scheduling and ensures that we can accommodate all our clients’ needs.
